Products & Pricing All dresses, evening gowns and apparel displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors in pricing, descriptions and images without prior notice. Prices are displayed in AUD. The total order amount shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged.
Payment We use Stripe as our authorised payment processor. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe. Payment must be completed before we process and ship your order. Your card will be authorised and charged at checkout. We do not store your full credit card details on our server; payment data is securely handled by Stripe.
Order Acceptance After you submit payment, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee order fulfilment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including stock shortage, suspected fraudulent transaction, incorrect pricing or restrictions on delivery destinations. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Intellectual Property All text, images, logos, photographs and design content on EtherealBelleWear.com are the intellectual property of ETHEREALBELLEWEAR. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or reuse any of our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of Liability Our products are sold “as described”. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or inconvenience caused by delivery delays, minor colour difference between screen display and physical garment. Colour variation is normal due to different screen calibration. Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount you paid for your order.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. For customers located in the European Union, local consumer protection and withdrawal rights are preserved as stated in our Return Policy.
Amendments We may update these terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after the update means you accept the revised terms.
